GLAR sends these without you pressing anything. Each one goes once, only to the players it applies to.
- The day before: at about 10 in the morning, every player who is in gets the address, downbeat and their link.
- Two hours before: a short note to players who are in.
- No answer yet: a player who hasn't said yes or no gets one nudge two days after the offer, or sooner if the gig is close. Nudges only go out between 9 in the morning and 9 at night.
- Monday note to you: the week's gigs, who is in, who hasn't answered and who can't make it. Only sent when the band has gigs that week.
To turn any of them off, open your band on the Bands page, uncheck it under Reminders, and press Save.
Reminders never go out for a gig you called off. To chase someone right now, press Resend next to their name on the gig page.
