Leaders and managers: who can do what

Each band is run by its leaders and managers. Leaders and managers can both do everything for the band, including pay. The only difference is the label.

To add someone:

1. Open Bands and open your band.
2. Scroll to Leaders and managers.
3. Fill in Name, Email and Role.
4. Press Add and email a sign-in link. They get an email to choose a password.

To change a role, pick Leader or Manager next to their name and press Save. To take someone off, press Remove from this band. It only affects this band. You can't remove yourself.

The site master looks after the whole site. They add organizations and people, retire bands and remove venues. They can't see your roster, gigs, pay or messages unless you let them in for a while (see Let the site master help).

Some leaders are allowed to add bands of their own. If you are, Bands shows an Add a band button.
