Schedule a gig and send offers

The step bar at the top shows where you are: Details, Pick players, Check and send, Offers out, All answered.

1. Open Gigs and press Schedule a gig.
2. Details: fill in Gig name, Date and Downbeat. Pick the Venue. Check Dress and Pay. Tick Bring your own music stand or No electrical outlets available if needed, and set Sound and Lighting. Put load-in time and anything else in Bring-alongs, load-in, anything else. Press Save the gig. Nobody is emailed yet.
3. Pick players: on the gig page, tick Offer next to each player you want. Everyone starts ticked, so untick anyone you don't want. Press Send offers to the checked players.
4. Check and send: read the email and press Send the offers, or Not yet to go back.

The step bar moves to Offers out while anyone is still deciding, and All answered when everyone has.
