Read poll results, enter phoned-in answers, or call it off

Open the poll from Polls.

• The top box shows the Best date, or the closest, but not clean one.
• Ranking puts dates with missing must-haves or sections under your minimum last, then sorts by chairs to fill, then most yes, then most maybe.
• Everybody's answers shows each player's Yes, Maybe, No or No answer.

If a player tells you their answer, click it in the grid to change it: yes, maybe, no, no answer.

What GLAR sends on its own shows the reminder (only to players with a date still blank) and the close. When the answers-by day ends, answers lock and you get the ranking by email. There is no button to send an extra reminder. To chase someone, open Players' personal links and text them theirs.

To drop the poll, press Call off this poll, then Call it off and tell the band. Everybody gets a short email.
