Pick the date and turn it into a gig

1. On the poll page, press Pick this date under the date you want. You can pick before or after answers close.
2. GLAR shows the email. Press Pick it and tell the band, or Not yet.
3. Answers lock and every player is told the date.
4. Press Set up the gig and send offers in the green box.
5. The gig form already has the name, date and downbeat. Pick the venue, check the rest, and press Save the gig.
6. On the gig page, players who said yes or maybe are already ticked. Each row shows their poll answer. Press Send offers to the checked players, then Send the offers.

The date email tells players who said yes that an offer is coming, and tells maybes the offer is their chance to say yes.

Gigs made from a poll use that poll's Minimum to play for the Still open warnings.
