Make and send a date poll

A date poll asks the whole band which dates work before you book anybody.

1. Open Polls and press New date poll.
2. Fill in What it's for, Answers by (end of day) and the Note to the band. Reminder to non-answers is optional.
3. Tap open dates on the calendar to offer them. Crossed-out dates are taken on the room calendar. Set the downbeat for each date.
4. Check Band shape for this night and Minimum to play. Tick any Must-have players.
5. Press the Save button at the bottom. Nothing goes out yet.
6. Read the email on the next page. Press Send the poll, Change it, or Throw away draft.

Every player on the roster gets one email with a personal link. The answers-by date has to come before the first date you offer, and the reminder has to fall between today and the answers-by date.
