Keep track of pay for a gig

Each gig page has a Pay section. Only your band's leaders and managers see it. Players show up there once they say yes.

1. Pick what This gig is: Paid fee, Tips only, Meal or drinks, or Free (volunteer or benefit).
2. Type Pay each. Leave a player's own Pay blank to use it, or type a different amount.
3. Add Gas etc. on top for anyone, and what it's For.
4. Press Save pay.

For tips, type Tips collected and press Split the tips evenly.

When you pay someone, tick Paid and pick Paid by (cash, check, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, other), then Save pay. To pay everyone at once, pick Paid everyone by and press Mark everyone paid.

Venue fee, Deposit and Venue has paid are for your own records.

Each player sees only their own amount. The Pay line on the gig form is the text that goes out in the offer email.
