The site master marks a band as a youth group. A note at the top of the band page says so.
- Each player needs a Parent or guardian and Parent or guardian email on the roster.
- Every email for a player, including offers, poll links and reminders, goes to the parent or guardian, never to the child. If there's no guardian email, the email is skipped.
- Players can only message the leaders, not each other.
- Messages can't include phone numbers, email addresses or links.
- A copy of every message a player sends goes to their parent or guardian.
Site master: open Organizations, open the organization and press Mark as youth group next to the band. Press Remove youth designation to undo it.
