Add a venue and its photos

1. Open Venues and press Add a venue.
2. Fill in Venue name and the address. Add Venue phone, Web site, the Contact person and Notes (parking, load-in, stage size) if you have them.
3. Press Add the venue.
4. Open it again to add Pictures: Front of the venue, Loading and up to three stage views. Add a caption like "park behind the stage door". Phone photos are shrunk before they upload.

Players see the venue name, address, venue phone, web site and pictures on their offer. The contact person and your venue notes stay with you. Put anything players need, like load-in time, in the gig's own notes.

A venue you add is private to your band and shows not checked yet until the site master looks it over. You can use it for gigs right away. If you change it later, it is checked again.

Only the site master can remove a venue.
