Let the site master help (support access)

The site master can't see your roster, gigs or messages unless you let them in. If something's wrong:

1. Open your band from Bands and scroll to Need help? Let the site master in.
2. Type the problem under What is the problem?
3. Under Allow, pick Look only (read-only) or Look and make changes.
4. Under For, pick 1 hour, 24 hours or 7 days.
5. Press Let the site master help.

The site master gets an email. Access covers this band only and ends by itself. Press Cancel access now to end it sooner.

Every page they open is listed under What they opened. They never see Pay.
