The Outbox, and test mode when mail is held

The Outbox lists every email GLAR has written for your bands, newest first. Tap a line to read the whole email.

• held: waiting to go, or kept back in test mode.
• sent: handed to the mail service.
• failed: the mail service refused it. Check the address.
• skipped: not sent on purpose. The reason is under the email, for example a sample address, an address not on the test list, or a youth player with no parent or guardian email.

If a bar across the top of every page says Test mode, email is held in the Outbox and nothing leaves. You can still read each email here and copy a player's link to text them. The site master turns test mode off when the site goes live.

If a player says they got nothing, check the Outbox first, then ask them to look in spam.

To tidy the list, use Clear old entries at the bottom of the Outbox. GLAR shows how many first, and never clears mail still waiting to go out.
