Use the room calendar

The Room calendar is for groups that play in their own room. It lists dates already taken there.

1. Pick the Date.
2. Type What's booked, like "Private party".
3. Press Add.

Press remove next to a date to free it up.

Booked dates show crossed out when you make a date poll, and can't be offered. The calendar is shared by all the bands in your organization.

It does not stop you scheduling a gig on a booked date, and a band that only plays out can ignore it.
