Lend music books and get them back

First turn it on: open your band from Bands, tick Track music books and equipment I lend out and press Save. A Lending tab appears.

1. Under Music books, press Add a book. Give it a Name and the number of Copies, then press Add it.
2. To lend one, open the book. Under Check it out, pick who it's going To, the gig it's For, and Return by. Press Check it out.
3. Or use Send a book to everyone in a gig: pick the Book and Gig and press Send it out. Every player who is in or still waiting gets a copy until copies run out.

A blank return date means the gig day, or two weeks from today.

The player gets an email when it goes out, another the day before it's due, and one every three days once it's overdue.

When it comes back, open the book and press Mark returned next to the name.
